New and Updated EPA Resources

This week, EPA published the Pandemic Resilience Guide to help drinking water and wastewater utilities become more resilient to pandemics. The guide covers best practices and real-world examples related to pandemic resilience collected from the ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

EPA has updated its Water Contaminant Information Tool (WCIT) and added a new contaminant profile. WCIT, which was created in 2005, is a secure, online database that provides support to the water sector in its emergency preparedness and response activities by offering information on contaminants of concern to the sector. Full article
