(TLP:CLEAR) FBI Public Service Announcements: Evading Proxy Networks and Threat Actor Impersonations

Summary: The FBI recently released two Public Service Announcements (PSAs), warning the public about emerging phishing campaigns by attackers impersonating city and county officials to solicit fraudulent payments, as well as raising awareness of attacks leveraging residential proxies.
