Open EMAC Requests for Water Utility Personnel to Assist with Jackson, MS Emergency

There are five open Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC) requests for water utility personnel issued by the State of Mississippi to assist with the response to the water emergency in Jackson. The requests include 5 licensed electricians, 10 mechanics, 8 instrument technicians, 6 Class A surface water and membrane operators, and 12 general maintenance workers. These are expected to be 15 day deployments. The full details of the requests are posted to the WaterISAC portal. Please coordinate with your state EMAC Coordinator if you are able to fulfill any or part of the requests. Please also inform WaterISAC if you respond to any of these requests.
