Large Winter Storm from Central to Northeastern U.S. Impacting Critical Infrastructure

A massive winter storm is impacting parts of the central, eastern, and southern U.S., resulting in over 100 million people being under winter and ice storm warnings and winter weather advisories. So far infrastructure impacts have been reported in the transportation and energy sectors.
