CISA Report – Security and Resilience Enhancement Opportunities for the Water and Wastewater Sector

This week, CISA released a (FOUO) report, “Security and Resilience Enhancement Opportunities for the Water and Wastewater Sector,” which offers mitigation recommendations and potential security improvements, providing owners and operators with specific considerations to enhance their utility’s overall security and resilience. The report was requested by WaterISAC, which worked with other sector stakeholders to review and provide feedback before final publication. The report emphasizes the sector has made great strides in developing strategies and tools to better prepare for and respond to the all-hazards threat environment.
