Attention Utilities: Feedback Request for CISA Cybersecurity Products and Services

Do you use CISA’s free products and services, such as the Vulnerability Snapshots and the Cyber Risk Summary: Water and Wastewater Systems Sector, etc.? Even if you don’t, those reasons are of interest too.

The Cross-Functional Planning and Coordination (CFPC) team within CISA Vulnerability Management (VM) Insights is working on a stakeholder engagement initiative for products and services. The intention of this initiative is to gain insight into the end user’s experience with CISA products, as well identify potential participants for upcoming focus groups. For our focus groups, we are looking for an hour of participant’s time during the week of October 7th to establish a better understanding of how individuals interact with CISA and the products/services offered in order to enhance lines of communication and usability of products.

On behalf of CISA’s Cross-Functional Planning and Coordination (CFPC) team, WaterISAC is encouraging water and wastewater utilities to participate if you use CISA products and services (or even if you don’t and want to tell them why).
