According to cybersecurity company Check Point, infostealers are on the rise with a 58% increase in infection attempts year-over-year. While phishing as a tactic is going nowhere, organizations need to give an equal amount of effort to combatting browser-based cyber threats, as malware is increasingly being delivered through Google (malvertising) and through comments on social media threads and YouTube videos.
