Yesterday, WaterISAC unveiled the fourth and final set (#10-12) of its newly updated 12 Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Water and Wastewater Utilities to its members. Today, we are providing our members with a preview through this Security & Resilience Update. Tomorrow, they will be publicly available on our website.

  • 11 | Secure the Supply Chain
  • 12 | Participate in Information Sharing and Collaboration Communities

At the WaterISAC Cyber Resilience Briefing yesterday, Jennifer Lyn Walker gave attendees a sneak peek at the final set of the Fundamentals and gave an overview of their importance and some of the practical applications and additional considerations. WaterISAC members are encouraged to review the updated fundamentals to help inform and prioritize their cybersecurity activities.
