This upgrade is an important step toward improving security and reliability, and your efforts to support the transition are greatly appreciated. To help ensure you’re receiving our emails from Salesforce (such as case updates, notifications, or confirmations), please ask your IT team to:
1. Allow list Salesforce’s IP addresses:
- 13.110.0.0/16
- 136.147.16.0/20
- 204.14.232.0/23
- 198.245.48.0/20
2. Add Salesforce domains to your safe senders list:
- @salesforce.com
- @cases.salesforce.com
- @email.salesforce.com
- @*.force.com
These steps should help ensure our messages don’t get caught in spam filters or blocked by security settings.
