Many residents in Jackson, Mississippi are experiencing low or no water pressure as a result of the impacts of a severe flood that has affected one of the city’s water treatment plants. Both the city’s mayor and the Mississippi governor are declaring emergencies because of the situation, which is impacting up to 180,000 people.
