New ICS/OT Cybersecurity Monitoring Case Studies

In June 2022, the WaterISAC began reaching out to water and wastewater (WWS) utilities that had already or were in the process of implementing an industrial control system (ICS)/operational technology (OT) cybersecurity monitoring solution, to see if they were willing to participate in anonymous case studies to help WaterISAC, EPA, and the sector better understand the benefits and challenges of ICS/OT cybersecurity monitoring. Thanks to the generosity of the seven participating WWS utilities, WaterISAC can share lessons learned from procuring, implementing, and operating ICS monitoring technology. We hope this information can be helpful to WWS utilities that are evaluating, implementing, or currently using an ICS monitoring solution.
