Violent Extremist Publication Encourages Attacks on Multiple Infrastructure Sectors, Provides Tactical Guidance

A recently updated violent extremist publication advocates for attacks on several critical infrastructure sectors, including water and wastewater systems, and provides tactical guidance. WaterISAC is sharing this document for situational awareness and to highlight tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors in order to enhance detection, improve response, and prevent malicious activity as well as to underscore the elevated threat environment facing critical infrastructure.
