DHS, the FBI, and the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) recently published a joint analytical product assessing domestic violent extremists (DVEs) from across the ideological spectrum represent an enduring threat to the U.S. homeland. The agencies also assess that DVEs motivated by perceived political grievances and conspiracy theories pose an ongoing threat to critical infrastructure.
