Critical Infrastructure Incident Reporting Omitted from Final National Defense Bill

The House Committee on Homeland Security has announced that anticipated critical infrastructure incident reporting language will not be included in the final 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). While the language was included in the version of the NDAA previously passed by the House of Representatives, it was removed from the final version of the NDAA as the House and Senate reconciled the differences in their respective versions.
