Take a look back at WaterISAC’s programming and accomplishments in 2023 with its Year-in-Review! In 2023, WaterISAC started three new briefing series, the Water Sector Physical Threat Web Briefing, the Water Sector Natural Disaster Threat Briefing, and WaterISAC Informational Webinars. Combined with the Water Sector Cyber Threat Briefing, which WaterISAC has been conducting for years, more than 4,400 people attended these events! The Year-in-Review also notes WaterISAC staff participated in and presented at 30 conferences and industry engagements and distributed 169 mailings and advisories, including its more than 100 Security & Resilience Update newsletters. And don’t forget to check out the Year-in-Review’s second page for more on WaterISAC’s accomplishments in 2023. As noted there, WaterISAC hosted its second annual H2OSecCon, which had more than 275 attendees and speakers, and worked with numerous partners to help advance the security and resilience of the sector, including the Water Sector Coordinating Council (WSCC). As WaterISAC continues through 2024, we thank our members and supporters who help us in our focus on all hazards and threats of concern to water and wastewater utilities.
