How do I pay with a purchase order?

  1. Renew your membership, if you haven't already.
  2. Look in your inbox or junk/spam folder for a copy of your invoice, or download your invoice from 'My Account' > 'My Organization'.
  3. Fax (to 202-785-1845), email (to membership@waterisac.org, or mail your PO to us.
  4. WaterISAC will reissue your invoice with your purchase order printed on it.

How do I download an invoice?

Only your membership’s Admin Contact may renew a membership, download invoices, or pay online with a credit card. 

  1. Renew your membership, if you haven't already.
  2. If you have not yet logged in, click on 'Log In’ on the main menu.
  3. Once logged in, click on ‘My Account’.
  4. Select ‘My Organization’ from the dropdown menu.
  5. Use the green plus (+) sign to open the panel labeled 'Download and Pay Invoices.’
  6. Click on ‘View All Pending Payments’.
  7. Press ‘Print Invoice’.

How do I pay an invoice with a credit card?

Paying an invoice can only occur after your organization has renewed its membership.
 
Only your membership’s Admin Contact may renew a membership, download invoices, or pay online with a credit card.
 
To pay an invoice by credit card over the phone, call 866-H2O-ISAC.
 
To pay by credit card online:
  1. If you have not already logged in, click on 'Log In’ on the main menu.
  2. Once logged in, click on ‘My Account’.
  3. Select ‘My Organization’ from the dropdown menu.
