Foreign terrorist organizations (FTOs) have continued to leverage the conflict in the Middle East and other geopolitical tensions in propaganda to inspire supporters and encourage targeted attacks in the U.S. and other Western nations, according to multiple (U//FOUO) reports. In addition, the recent terrorist attack in Russia could inspire copycat attempts. Amid all these developments, the risk of extremist targeted violence remains elevated. FOR U.S. MEMBERS.
