Domestic Violent Extremists Plotted Attack on Electric Substations to ‘Destroy’ Baltimore, Authorities Say

Yesterday, two alleged racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists (RMVEs) were charged with conspiring to destroy energy facilities around the Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area to sow discord and create chaos in furtherance of their ideological goals.
