On March 26, EPA will host a webinar that will focus on the development of training and exercises to plan and prepare for responding to a distribution system contamination incident. The webinar will include utility experiences designing and conducting exercises. Presenters include Tom Bahun of the Maine Rural Water Association, Gary Burlingame of the Philadelphia Water Department, Stacey Black of Jacobs, and Bill Platten of U.S. EPA’s Water Security Division.
