Drinking water is a basic life resource and wastewater operations are a service Americans and others around the globe have grown to trust and rely on. Sustaining secure water systems is critical, for a single breach in public faith could potentially forever change the simple act of drinking a glass of water or enjoying unrestricted water/wastewater use. A potential threat to water systems is real; the outcome could be devastating and potentially burden our future generations with fear for their water quality and supply. Every water and wastewater utility should do all it can to protect against impending threats, disasters and unanticipated accidents!
