One of the best practices described in WaterISAC’s 15 Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Water and Wastewater Utilities is #10: Implement threat detection and monitoring. One way to do this is by leveraging cyber threat intelligence with Perch Security’s managed threat detection and response platform.
This will be the topic of discussion on WaterISAC’s November 7, 2019 webinar presented by Perch, a WaterISAC partner. The webinar will illustrate how utilities of all sizes and capabilities can better protect their networks with Perch.
Also participating in the webinar will be Matthew Gabrick, Director of IT Infrastructure at the Boston Water & Sewer Commission, who will discuss how the commission uses Perch.
Used by many sectors, including water, Perch continuously monitors members' networks for potential compromises. Perch’s Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) evaluates the detected threats and notifies members to take corrective action on validated malicious activity.
This webinar is free and open to the public.
